You Don’t Have to Carry It Alone

A safe, supportive space for men to talk openly, connect with others, and find support through difficult times. Whether you’re struggling yourself or worried about someone you care about, reaching out can be an important first step.

A Space Where Men Can Talk, Listen and Connect

Men can often feel pressure to handle difficult situations alone. Our men’s group creates a welcoming environment where you can speak honestly, listen without judgement, and connect with people who may understand what you’re going through.

  • Talk Without Judgement: Share what’s on your mind in a supportive environment where you can be heard.

  • Build Real Connections: Meet others, reduce isolation, and discover that you don’t have to face everything by yourself.

  • Find a Way Forward: Explore practical sources of support and take manageable steps towards better wellbeing.

What Can You Do If You’re Worried About Someone?

You don’t need to be a mental health professional to show someone that you care. Small, compassionate actions can help someone feel heard and make it easier for them to seek further support.

1. Start the Conversation
Choose a private moment and gently ask how they’re doing.

2. Listen
Give them time to speak. Try to listen without judgement or immediately trying to solve the problem.

3. Take Concerns Seriously
If someone talks about suicide or feeling unable to cope, don’t dismiss or minimise what they’re saying.

4. Encourage Support
Help them connect with a qualified professional, trusted person, crisis service or emergency support where appropriate.

5. Stay Connected
A simple message, phone call or check-in can help someone feel less isolated.
